The flanged ball valve is an O-shaped bore ball valve with a flanged connection. It has reliable performance and is easy to operate and maintain. Its material can be carbon steel, forged steel, and full stainless steel. The flanged ball valve adopts PTFE and stainless steel sealing seat and takes bi-directional sealing, achieving zero leakage as a result.
Applications

The flanged ball valve is used in the petroleum extraction and transportation industry, high-temperature and high-pressure transport systems in the power generation industry, and pipeline systems in industries such as automobile manufacturing. It is capable of shut-off or flow control for low-pressure fluids (1.6-32Mpa), medium-pressure fluids, and high-pressure fluids. Additionally, this flow control valve can be used for controlling highly corrosive fluid media (such as solvents, acidic or alkaline liquids).

The ball valve is commonly employed as fluid shut-off valve in both onshore and offshore petroleum systems and natural gas production facilities. They are also used in fuel gas systems to supply furnaces.

The ball valves are often used in different types of pipeworks including drainage systems, water supply lines and irrigation systems.
